What You CANNOT Customize

- ❌ Braille specifications (Grade 2, domed dots, exact dimensions)
- ❌ Mounting height (48″-60″ AFF)
- ❌ Non-glare requirement
- ❌ Character case (must be uppercase)
- ❌ Font type (sans-serif or simple serif only)
