Photopolymer is a photosensitive material that hardens when exposed to an ultraviolet light source.

First, computer-generated artwork is output to a film negative, placed on the surface of the photopolymer sheet and exposed to ultraviolet light, hardening on the raised area. Finally, the unexposed photopolymer is washed away with tap water, leaving the raised area. The signs are then painted to your specifications.

Graphics 22 Signs’ Photopolymer ADA signs offers an ADA-compliant line of quality one-piece constructed signage. Plus, single-piece construction provides increased durability and are vandal-resistance.
